Not around much these days because I'm busy feeding the money-hungry whore that our government is. Only one month left of tax season. Sweet.

Got our home inspection done last week and the radon test results back today. Our house is not going to fall down on us and we are not going to get lung cancer, at least from radon, so it's been a good week.

I bought a super cute book from www.half.com called, "Playing House: A Starter Guide to Being a Grown-Up" by Celeste Perron. If you're a twenty- or thirty-something female just getting settled into your domestic role after living a life of fabulously swanky partying like I never did, then this book might be for you. It gives basic tips on decorating, entertaining, cooking, mixing drinks, buying good produce, doing laundry, and other things that we young adults should know. Very entertaining too.
