They accepted our offer!

Holy crap, we're buying a house! And actually, it turned out to be that townhome that we wanted from the start. Situations changed, the price was dropped, and we ended up getting it. Mike and Will also bought the one next door, which is totally sweet. Pictures to follow when I'm not so sleepy. We close at the end of April and there's a ton to do until then. Wow!!

Oh, and I'd like to take back what I said in my very first post. House-hunting is definitely annoying at times.

Well, we made an offer on the house. :-O My absolutely freaked out face again. We'll know the results by Tuesday at the latest. Talk about a whirlwind week.
